Granting Access to Storable Edge
Your FMS is where the truth lives: move-ins, occupancy, and revenue. Giving the StorIQ team access lets us verify which marketing channels actually fill units and power your attribution reporting.
Before you start: your StorIQ account manager will confirm the exact email address to invite during kickoff. If you have not received it yet, reach out and we will send it over.
What access we need
We only need enough access to read your reporting data. A user with read-only or reporting permissions is usually all it takes. We use it to match the phone calls and web leads your marketing generates against actual move-ins recorded in Storable Edge.
Adding a StorIQ user
- Log in to Storable Edge with an administrator account.
- Open your account settings and find the user management area.
- Create a new user with the email address provided by your StorIQ team.
- Assign a role with reporting or read-only access at minimum.
- If your portfolio has multiple facilities, make sure the user can see every location you want StorIQ to manage.
- Save, and let your account manager know so we can confirm access works.
What happens next
Once access is confirmed, we connect Storable Edge to your StorIQ dashboard. Within a few days you will start seeing move-in attribution populate: which move-ins came from organic search, Google Ads, your Google Business Profile, or direct traffic, and what each one cost.
Common questions
Is my data safe? Yes. Access is limited to the StorIQ team, used only for reporting and verification, and can be revoked by you at any time.
What if I use a different FMS? StorIQ also integrates with Cubby, SiteLink, Monument, Stora, and Storganise. The process is similar: create a user with reporting access and share it with your account manager.
