1. Use of Services

Our platform enables businesses to request customer reviews, including via SMS, for the purpose of improving online presence and customer feedback. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, ethical, and compliant purposes.

2. SMS Messaging & Consent

By using Storiq.ai, you confirm that you have obtained proper consent from your customers to receive SMS messages. Phone numbers are accessed by Storiq.ai via authorized integrations and messaging is sent only on behalf of your business.

• The recipient has provided express consent to receive SMS messages related to review requests or service-related communications.
• Messages sent are non-spam, relevant, and related to a recent customer interaction.
• You will not use the platform to send unsolicited, misleading, or abusive messages.
• Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Upon opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless the recipient provides new consent.

Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact info@storiq.ai for support.

3. Customer Responsibility for Consent

Customers using Storiq.ai agree that they have obtained proper consent from their end users before sending SMS messages through the platform.

4. Messaging on Behalf of Businesses

Storiq.ai provides messaging services on behalf of businesses that use our platform. These businesses are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers. Storiq.ai does not send messages directly to consumers without instruction from the business.

5. Message Triggers

Messages are sent following customer lifecycle events such as service completion, move-in, move-out, or other service-related interactions initiated by the business.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to:

• Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages
• Harvest or upload purchased or scraped phone number lists
• Violate carrier policies, TCPA, CTIA guidelines, or applicable laws

7. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe these terms or carrier policies are being violated.

8. Service Provider Role

Storiq.ai acts solely as a service provider and processor on behalf of businesses using the platform.

Storiq.ai does not have a direct relationship with end recipients and does not independently collect consent from consumers.
