• Storiq.ai accesses this data via secure API integrations with authorized third-party software providers and processes it solely for sending customer care and review request messages on behalf of the business.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. SMS Communications

SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided consent to receive such messages. All SMS communications include opt-out instructions.

Recipients may:

• Reply STOP to opt out
• Reply HELP for assistance

Message and data rates may apply.

Once a recipient opts out, they will no longer receive SMS messages unless new consent is provided to the business.
